Criminal Behaviour Order

Prolific offender Vladmir Hudzek Has been charged with 6 shoplifting offences and has been issued with a criminal behaviour order for shoplifting offences in BP Petrol Stations across Ealing. The behaviour order runs from 4/3/2026 …..until further order. 

 conditions of the order are:

Prohibitions

Anywhere in England or Wales in any public place. The defendant MUST NOT:

1. Enter any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales from which he has been

formally banned.

2. Remain in any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales having been asked to

leave by a member of staff or security guard.

3. Enter any BP service station or forecourt in the London Borough of Ealing.

4. Be in possession of any bag or carry-all containing retail goods that are in their original

packaging and/or have tags, having passed the last point of payment, in any public place, in

England and Wales without proof of purchase

5. Be in possession of any cards, wallet or property that is clearly belonging to or in the name of another person or shop in any public place in England and Wales, without valid proof of purchase, ownership or with proof of permission from lawful owner.
